We warmly welcome you to our lovely, private, 3-room B&B suite (for couples). The cost is: Sun-Thu £110 per night including breakfast, or £120 at weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays. For single use, £80 or £90. NB We do NOT operate the online calendar. The suite is completely for your own use (no other guests). Also you may come and go as you please, day and night, as the accommodation has its own entrance and key. (We live in the other half of the house, with our own entrance.) Attractive bedroom with comfortable twin beds, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and bespoke tiles depicting Dungeness, and a relaxing conservatory-living room with stunning views and sunsets. The space is well-heated and snug in winter. We use white, Egyptian cotton bed linen and hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows (firm and soft). Substantial and delicious breakfast. Great pub food and beers three minutes walk away. Or guests are welcome to bring picnic food and drink (there is a fridge in the Suite). Direct opening onto pleasing patio and garden which guests are free to use. We make no charge for babies up to age 3, so long as you provide everything necessary for your baby. Dogs are very welcome but may we please discuss them beforehand. We make no charge for dogs. We provide free, off-the-road parking.

Please note that generally we are happy to accept bookings for one night only, except for the Easter & August Bank Holiday weekends when a minimum of two nights is required. Also, we may impose a minimum two-night stay at other times of the year if, for instance, our calendar is top-heavy with one-nighters.

We are in walking (or short driving) distance of Derek Jarman’s cottage, the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, the Old Lighthouse, Dungeness Bird Observatory, the RSPB Dungeness Nature Reserve, and Demetrios Greek restaurant. We are five minutes on foot from the beach and three minutes from the famous Pilot Inn. We are in easy driving distance of Rye, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Hastings, Hythe, Folkestone, Port Lympne Zoo, Great Dixter and many other attractions.

A holiday here is perfect for birdwatchers, moth-ers (2/3 British moth species), wildflower enthusiasts (2/3 British wildflower species), nature lovers generally, walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kite surfers, artists, and photographers. This is a Dark Skies place and wonderful for star-gazing. We have suitable space on our land for moth traps. Look out too for our butterflies, dragonflies, damselflies, and bumblebees.

FINALLY, please treat Dungeness itself with respect!
